was mad at albert and claimed the Albert owed him a quarter because Albert would not give it to him he knocked Albert down and pounded him and kicked him and Albert was so sick they had to have a doctor and Albert sued him but I dont know which beat the trial come off day before yesterday Mary is coming over to see me some time next week and then i will find out and tell you Crops were pretty good out here this summer my Father threshed some of his grain last Monday and he had 92 bushels of wheat and he threshed 4 stacks of oats they were real small ones and he had 400 50 bu of oats he has got 6 stacks to thresh yet of oats Corn looks good we have not had any frost yet but it was cold enough last night for one i guess i will have to stop for i have got to help my brother unload a load of hay and then i have got 4 beds to make and it is 10 oclock and i want to go to town right away after dinner So good By and excuse my poor writing for when i went to school i was to mean to learn i am yours forever -Mary E Bradley
