Beatrice Neb. April 21, 1884. Dear Nephew, Your letter of the 6th inst was received Glad that you keep well, and like the country there. You have done well to put your money into land. I should think your land would bring $15. per acre in a short-time. You certainly cannot loose anything to hold it. If you can raise corn there I think it must be a good country as I suppose small grain will do well. Our wild land here brings from 12 to 20 dollars per acre. You have been offered a good price for the month
