in the raise of the land it is abetter 80 than the first one i bought thare is more low land on it the low land is much richer than the up land the up land is to dry Mr Warner folks say it is worth 15 dollars an acre now I think it will be worth 15 dollars in 6 months any way I payed 211 dollars and payed the taxes wich was 23.75 cents and put 150 dollars in the bank for 6 months drawing 6 per cent intrest all the mony i can earn this summer i am going to fence and brake and plant [sow?] corn thare is 80 acres that is all well fenced 45 acres broke a good spring of water on it a few small out buildings such as a corn crib hog pen horse stable and so on a house 14 x 16 lath and plastered full as good a house
