July 12 I'll try to finish my letter Willie got yours Saturday We had a good rain the other night but the wind blew pretty hard it blew the top of the old stable and of one of the hay stack what became of the gooseberries when you had the runaway. if I was Sid, I would'nt let you have the team again Mary O Conor is home Kate came the 3rd and went back the next Tuesday they have the lumber for a new house but the havent it up yet- I wish you and sid would come out I would like to see you I want to come out there but I cant come alone and you might just as well come as not you say you havent snuck to our I will stay a long time if you come so I can go back with you I dont believe you [can?] read this at all write sam and tell us when you [illegible] will <in upper margin> write soon tell Sid to write too for we want to hear from him too. there aint iny news lately no wedings nor anything Mrs [Tiedt?] was over Sunday they live where Raymonds used to write soon F
