Railway Pudding 1/4 lb flour 1/4 lb lump sugar 1/4 lb butter 2 Eggs - 1/2 tea spoon full baking powder mix the flour sugar & powder together, add the butter & Eggs well beaten - Put on a small flat tin & put in a quick oven for 4 minutes - Take out & spread juice on it then roll it over & put back in the oven for 3 minutes - Serve hot with sifted sugar on top. [Name?] Tea Cake are made the same way omitting the juice & baking in patty pans in a quick oven. M.S. Peter
