(43) a letel & Strane them & keep it for year use for the Rickets in children take A good handefull of speedwell stampe it in A Morter and then straine out the Juce, take alsoe A quart of Jsopwater & put to the Juce and straine them both to gether and put them in A bottell and give of it to the child mornings and evenings three spoonefulls sweetened with fine shugar alsoe to anoynt the child take house snails with shels one handfull one handfull of Camomile & A good [graise] of fresh [illegible] butter put it over A Chaffeing disk of Colls till it bee well [stoued?] then straine it out and theire wi[th] anoynt the Joynts of the child keeping it warme
