Be-deviled Veal. 3 Lbs raw veal chopped very fine - 1/4 Lb raw salt pork, put them together - 1 cup pounded cracker or bread crumbs, - 2 eggs well beaten - 2 teaspoons Black pepper - 1 of Salt - 1 of sweet Marjoram - 1 of Thyme - 1 of Summer savory Knead it like Bread Butter a small size pan and press it into the pan hard Bake 1 1/2 hour in a moderate Oven.
