Pop Corn Pudding. Mrs R. 1 pt. corn - 1 qt. milk - 3 pounded crackers 1 egg - salt & sugar to taste - soak the corn in milk 3 hours - Bake 3/4 hour. Custard Pudding. F.C.R. 1 pt. milk - 4 eggs - 4 tablespoons flour - boil in a bag. Sponge Cake Pudding E.O.R. put pieces of dry Sponge cake in a dish cover them with Custard - and bake 1/2 hour. Sponge Pudding #1. -Good but minus a name- 3 cups flour - 2 spoons C. tartar - 1 soda 1 cup milk - 4 eggs - 1 1/2 cup sugar - 1/2 cup butter, and eat with the following Sauce. 1 Coffee cup sugar - 1 egg - 1/4 cup butter heaping spoonful flour - wet with boiling water - wine.
