4 lemons, 4 eggs - 4 cups sugar - Grate the peel & chop the lemon fine - Bake in a pretty deep plate - Top crust also a middle crust.

1 qt. milk. 4 or 5 eggs, 1 Lemon, butter the size of an egg - sugar to your taste. - Boil the milk, thicken it with flour or cornstarch (latter the best) about as thick as a cornstarch pudding.
