Milk Porridge Pie-S.S.R 1 qt milk scalded and thickened, stirred in. wet the flour as you would for starch. 4 eggs. 2 lemons. 1.5 cups sugar, grate the peel into the milk stir in a piece of butter the size of an egg - then eggs stir sugar & juice of lemons together add it to the rest - then it is ready to put between crusts Potato Pie-Emily 1/2 doz large Potatoes (boiled 1qt milk, mash the potatoes stir them till real light - 1/2 tb butter stir in with the potatoes - stir in the milk the same as pumpkin pie - lemon wine and nutmeg 4 egg beaten light - no top -another- - Marina Williams 1pt. bowl sifted potatoes (10) - 3 cups sugar 1 of butter - 3 eggs - 1 lemon grated rine and juice - 1/2 wine glass of white wine..
