-Cake- Potato Mrs Hemple Yolks of 8 eggs - 1/2# Sugar - 1/4# almonds blanched & pounded fine, - stir for 1 hour, then add 1/2# grated potatoes, (boiled the day before) Citron, 1 teaspoon pounded cinnamon, 1/2 of cloves the whites 8 eggs beaten light added just before going into the Oven - Bake an hour slowly. Mrs. Rugers Jelly. 1 cup butter, 2 of sugar 2 of flour 4 eggs, little cinnamon and wine
