Nyes 1 oz Aqua ammonia - 1/2 pt alcohol - 2 tablespoons Castile Soap (shaved) - 1 pt soft water perfume to fancy Shake before it is used. To cleanse Kid Gloves. Ditto Fold a clean towel 3 or 4 times, spread the gloves on it quite smooth, then dip a piece of clean flannel into some new milk & rub on it plenty of brown soap, with this rub the gloves downward holding the top of the glove firmly with the left hand. When the gloves if they be white, look of a dingy yellow they are clean, or if colored, when they look dark or soiled, lay them to dry and they will soon look almost as well as new.
