Tapioca Cream Mrs. Swain 3 table spoons tapioca, soaked in warm water, a little more than to cover it certainly for two hours - put over the fire in 1 quart of milk to boil after it commences boiling boil 10 minutes, then add a pinch of salt and yolks of 3 eggs beaten well with 1/2 cup sugar - take from the fire, flavor and turn into a dish, lay on the whites of the eggs beaten to a stiff froth.
