Custard Sauce Yolk of one egg teaspoonful of sugar, a gill of milk and a few drops of vanilla. Pour the mixture into a jug, set it in a saucepan of boiling water and stir ten minutes. Sea Pie Cut 1 lb meat into pieces dip each piece into flour pepper + salt. Put them into a pot with a carrot turnip + onions sliced on the top. Pour over all a teaspoonful cold water + let it boil. Then put on the paste.
