Invalid Custard Yokes of two & white of one egg 1 gill beef tea. Beat the eggs & add the beef tea & salt. Steam in a jar (buttered if you want it to turn out) with a paper tied on the top 20 minutes. The water must not boil after the custard goes in Arrowroot Boil 1/2 pint milk. Rub down a desert spoonful of arrowroot with a little milk. Pour the boiled milk over it add a little sugar & it is ready if wanted plain. To make a pudding add add the yokes of two eggs. Add
