EMMY BASCOM Macaroni Pudding Boil 1/4 lb macaroni first in water then in 1 pint milk. When soft pour the milk into a basin. Put the macaroni in a buttered dish. Mix 2 beaten eggs and 2 tablespoonfuls sugar with the milk and pour them over macaroni. Grate a little nutmeg on the top and bake half an hour. Pancakes 1/4 lb flour 1 or 2 eggs and a breakfast cupful sweet milk. Break the eggs into the flour. Beat them with the spoon. Add the milk a little at a time. Let it stand half an hour. Grease the pan and let it run over the bottom.
