Meat Turnovers Cut paste into square pieces. Chop up cold meat finely add pepper & salt & a spoonful of gravy or water Put a spoonful of the meat in the middle of each square Wet the edges & lay the paste over on the top. Brush them with milk. Bake on a greased tin in a hot oven a quarter of an hour Marmalade Pudding 1/4 lb flour 1/4 lb fine sugar 1/4 lb butter 1/4 lb marmalade 1 gill sherry 5 eggs 1 pint milk.
