Pour castors [?] [?] melt a little butter put in 1 oz loaf sugar & keep on the fire till brightly brown add 3/4 pint milk & [?] till it boils let it cool a minute & add 4 beaten yokes or 2 whole eggs & pour over the bread [?] & mix. Put in a buttered mould with a buttered paper on the top & set in a saucepan with 1 [?] boiling water. Steam 1 1/2 hour till firm & serve in a dish with sauce round Pour boiling milk over [?] pieces of bread & [?] quarter
