Chocolate Crispies 2 squares melted chocolate 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts Melt chocolate. Pour over butter and sugar, mix. Add unbeaten eggs, mix, then flour and vanilla. Spread thin on 2 greased cookies sheets. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 15 mins at 400º. Cut in 2" squares. Separate when cool. Icebox Cookies 1 lb. br. sugar 1/2 lb. butter 2 eggs well beaten 1/2 tsp salt 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and sugar. Add egg mix, then other ingredients. Pack into tin lined with wax paper. Store in refrig. for several hours or over night. Cut into thin slices. Bake on a cookie sheet 15 mins. in a moderate oven.
