Blueberry Roll 1 cup blueberries 2 tbs lemon juice 1/4 cup plus 2 tbs. sugar 2 cups flour 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup butter 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 cup milk (approx) 1- Put berries in bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and 2 tbs sugar 2- Oven 375° 3- Sift flour, b. powder, salt, sugar Work in butter with finger tips 4- Put eggs in cup, add milk to make 3/4 cup. Stir liquid into flour mixture. 5- Roll dough to an oblong 10" X 15" X 1/2" Sprinkle with berries, press gently into dough. Roll from long end and bake on greased jelly roll pan 45 minutes Serves 8
