When lukewarm add yeast Add flour gradually to make medium soft dough. Knead 10 minutes. Cover in greased bowl. Let rise again (30mins) Form 4 balls. Let rise in greased pans 9^x * 5” * 3” - 40 to 50 mins. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 mins. Turn out on rack. Brush again with butter cover with towel. Let cool Cheese bread 1 cup milk 1/2 lb cheddar cheese 2 T. sugar 3 pkg yeast 2 tsp salt 1/2 cup warm water 2 T. shortcning【sic】 1 cup ” ” 6^3/4 c.flour
