Ham & Eggs in Cream Cold baked ham cut in 1/2" cubes 1 pkg cr. cheese 2 tbs butter 1/2 c. cream or evap milk 1/8 tsp pepper pinch of salt Melt cr. cheese in db with butter cream, pepper, salt, cut ham & add to mixture Heat to scalding. Break eggs into bowl stir lightly with fork add to mixture. Stir until eggs are set. Serve on hot buttered toast Noodles 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp salt 3 eggs 1 tsp olive oil Sift flour & salt into bowl & make a well in center - Into this drop eggs & oil Stir until a stiff dough form Roll to paper thinness - sm portion at a time Hang the sheet of dough over
