Strawberry Tart 1 c. hot milk 2 eggs 1/2 c sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbs flour 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 c. cream Strawberry Preserve Cream eggs salt flour & sugar - Pour hot milk over mixture cook in db until thick - When cool flavor with vanilla - Whip cream - Blend into mixture Make rich tart shells Fill with custard - Top with strawberries- and clotted cream 1/2 pint cream sm. pkg cr. cheese 1/2 tsp pwd sugar pinch salt Mix cheese & cream then whip add sugar & salt
