Herb Garden Eggs 6 eggs (hard boiled 3 tbs. minced herbs (thyme, basil savory marjoram, fresh parsley) Butter 1 c. cream 2 egg well beaten salt - pepper Boil eggs. chop coarsely Cook minced herbs in butter for 5 minutes. Donot allow to brown. Add to this c. of cream & beaten eggs, salt, pepper - Pour mixture of chopped eggs in baking dish - Sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese and bake at 350° for 15-20 min. until light browned. Asparagus - Ham blanket Wrap 6 or 8 spears in thin slice ham or [illegible] in browned & buttered crumbs - serve with Hollandaise Spinach Dumpling spinach finely chopped 2 c. flour 4 tsb b. powder 1 tsp salt 1 egg beaten 1/4 c. milk slice of onion Sift flour. b. pwd. & salt mix with egg & milk Roll in tin dough in 3" or 4" sqs into put spinach fold down and pinch top [illegible]
