My dear Dr. Steindler: I send you herewith a copy of the article which I have prepared concerning the operation of the Perkins law. Will you kindly read it, note any corrections or changes you believe should be made, and return it to me? Faithfully yours, Conger Reynolds. Dr. Graham: Dr. Steindler has approved this so far as he is concerned but suggests that you also be consulted. Will you kindly look the story over? I shall call for it Friday C.R.
