Saving...
Had mutton for dinner again today, darn it. I like wool clothes but thats the only excuse I can see for sheep. At least we didnt have it very often in Italy. Guess I'll wash out a few clothes this afternoon as laundry is uncertain until I get definitely established. Only have a few underwear & sox dirty so it wont be much of a job. This place boasts sheets & pillow cases, we dont have them but hose who have been assigned have regular beds with mattresses, sheets & pillows. We have canvas cots only but that a better bed than I have had many times. Should write some other letters so will close -- Love Johnny Did you ever get that box of stuff I sent before I left Italy? Pictures, books about Rome, cameos etc? Dont remember you saying anything about it.
