PM May 20, 1917 My dear Conger: We were so glad to get your letter, telling about what you are doing every day, and that it is as well with you as it is. You will get along with it all right and come out splendid for the training and drilling. The article "Army 4B'S" you sent is very interesting. It seems to me the soldiers need a change of rations, though I don't know. It all sounds good to me, as that is the kind of food suits me best though I cannot eat much of it. We will be greatly interested in hearing about every thing and you will write as often as you can conveniently. I would just love to send you some eats though maybe that sounds ridiculous. But you know these mothers they are always thinking about doing something for their children who will never get too big or too old for her to want to cuddle them under her wings. I was so sorry I didn't get a letter off to you the last of last week, but I was so sort of
