Feb 18th, morning good News this morning 15,000 prisoners and 10,000 rebels taken at Fort Donelson and Jhonston Pillows and Buckner, are taken prisoners the thief Floyd escaped with 5000 men saturday night before the surrender Fort Donelson was surrendered sunday morning at 9 oclock 10,000 rebels killed great loss on both side. There was 30,000 rebels in the Fort savannah is taken but we have not got the full acount yet next will be Charlston then New Orleans, soon our flag
