I am sorry there is any mistake. there may not be any when you came to look at the list if there is write amedidtly [sic. immediately] and let me know and we will make it right. We are haveing a pretty good time now there is no snow here now. The Captain got back this week. Wensday [sic. Wednesday] I received a letter from Cousin Emma Cuyhendall. This week they are all well she wanted me to tell Edward to answer that letter she wrote him and I would like to here [sic. hear] from him to. I do not see why I canot [sic. cannot] get a letter from Lon. I got a letter from Warren Burgess yestday [sic. yesterday] he is down to Bell Plaine [sic. Belle Plain, VA] about 8 miles from here.
