#3 2/1/18 Couger dearest,- Your cable brought such a wonderful lot of good cheer with it. I was afraid you'd not be permitted to send it but I'm so glad you were. It didn't look like a cable - at least not like the kind I used to get when I was "over there" so at first I tho't was a wire from somebody on this side. And then to find it was from my hubby! You can imagine how welcome it was. I don't want you to think I've been lonely or unhappy while I knew you were on the way, dear. Of course I said my prayers with perhaps a little unwanted
