more comfortable or restful place. Having nothing to do, I naturally think of Daphne and you a great deal. I cannot begin to tell you how comforting it is to me to be filled with the happiness and pride I feel at the realization that I have a glorious wife back there to love me and encourage me to be a good soldier and a good husband. I'm not thinking about the time that must pass before we resume our happiness together but about how wonderful that will be when it comes. And it will be your happiness, too, will it not? I want my coming into Daphne's life to mean greater happiness for you. With much love, Conger.
