Rain in itself is as usual here as sermons are at Cottey Vespars. Some usualness, eh? Honey, I can't leave all three of those letters unopened tonight. I'll save two, but I'm going to prop up against the head of my bed and absorb one more before I go to sleep. I need a generous dose of your heart tonic. Much as it is in the form of letters, it is so desperately little of you! And I want the whole of the wonder of you. I love you dearest, I love you, love you, love you, and I kiss you "breathless."
