134 Cranberry Relish 1 qt. cranberries 1 orange 2 cups sugar Grind cranberries and orange (skin & all); add sugar. Let stand in refrigerator for 48 hrs. Fruit Cake (fresh) 1/8 lb. butter 2 eggs 4 tbsp. sugar 6 tbsp. flour grated lemon peel of 1/2 lemon juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tsp. baking powder fresh fruit Stir first three ingredients until smooth. Add all others except fruit. Pour into greased spring form. Place fruit on top of dough.
