Cookie Press Shortbread 1/2 c. icing sugar 2 c. flour 1 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Cream sugar & butter, add vanilla. Add flour but by bit. When mixed, divide in 1/4s, roll into 1" diameter coils. Cut into 1" pieces & put on cookie sheet. Press floured print about 1/8". Bake in 375 degree oven until golden brown Kahlua 2 oz instant coffee 4 c sugar 2 c boil. H2O 1 vanilla bean 1 pint brandy Dissolve coffee & sugar in H2O. Add vanilla - split & cut into very small pieces. Add brandy.
