167 Mustard Relish 1 qy. cucumbers 1 qt. onions 2 qts cabbage 1 green pepper 1 c pimento Cut fine. Cover with H2O (! c salt) Let stand overnight. Drain. Boil till nearly done. Drain. 2 tbsp dry mustard 1 tbsp mustard seed 1 tbsp celery seed 1 tbsp tumeric 1 c sugar 2/3 c flour 3 c vinegar Mix. Pour on vinegar. Boil until thick. Pour over pickles. Heat, pour in jars, seal. Schlesisches Himmelreich 2 lbs boneless pork shoulder, cubed Boil all ingredients for 40 min. Remove & discard onion.
