Make sauce season. Simmer for 5 min. - Add pork & fruit, beat. Season with salt. Hamantaschen 1 c butter 1/2 lb cream cheese 2 c flour 12 oz prunes 1/2 c orange marmel. 3 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Cream butter & cheese. Blend in flour. Wrap & chill for 3 hrs. Chop prunes & cook rest of ingr. till thick. Cool & chill for 1 hr. Roll out 1/2 Dough 1/8" thick. Cut into 3" rounds Put 1 tsp. mix on each
