173 Cold Rice 2 c chilled, cook. rice green pepper pimento parsley green onions 1/2 c olive oil 1/2 c wine vinegar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. sugar Mix. Season with salt & pepper, curry powder. Refrigerate overnight. Zucchini Soup 4 c shred. zucchini 4 oz chop. onion 3 pk. inst. chic broth 1/2 bay leaf 2 c H2O 1 c skim milk 1 tsp Worchester Cook for 10 min. Blend. Bring to boil, then add milk; dash nutmeg.
