174 Pastitsio 2 lg onions - chopped 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 lbs gr. chuck 1/4 c butter 1 - 15 oz tomato s. 1 c raisins 1 pkg mac & cheese 2 c milk 3 eggs 1/4 c Parmesan cheese Cook onions, season; beef in butter until browned. Add sauce & raisins. Cover & simmer 1/2 hr. Cook mac. Mix cheese in package with milk, cook until smooth. Add eggs carefully & cook, stirring til smooth & creamy. Add Parmesan. Place half of mac. in bottom of dish. Cover with meat, then mac. Pour custard over top. Bake 325 degrees about 45 min., until custard sets. 8 servings.
