179 Wilted Lettuce 4 slices bacon 2 tbsp sugar 1/4 c vinegar 1/4 c minced parsley Fry bacon & crumble. Pour off 1/2 grease. Add sugar, vinegar. Add vinegar slowly. Add parsley last. Pour over lettuce & serve. Pasta & Veget 1 c olive oil 4 cloves garlic salt & pepper 1 1/2 pint H2O 1 lb pasta 2 lbs green vegetables 1 1/2 c parmesan 2 tbsp parsley Brown garlic in oil. Add H2O & boil. Add pasta & veget. Stir constantly until done (12 - 15 min.) Add cheese - then chop. parsley last. Serves 6-8
