183 Lebkuchen 1 pt honey 1 c sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp soda (Dissolved in) 2-3 tbsp. whiskey 5 1/4 c flour nuts if desired Beat first 4 ingredients until foamy. Add flour; to make soft dough. Set in cool place overnight. Roll into 1" thick ropes. Cut into 2" long pieces. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min. @ 350 degrees. Ice with powdered sugar glaze. Cold Rice 1 c rice - mix 5 1/2 c H2O 1/2 c orange juice 1 c pecan - option. 1/4 c. olive oil 1 c raisins onion/shallots mint Mix & chill. Add pecans before serving.
