Cottage Potato Puff Packaged instant mashed potatoes (enough for 4 servings) 1 tablespoon instant minced onion 1 8-ounce carton (1 cup) large curd cream-style cottage cheese 1 tablespoon butter or margarine Paprika Prepare potatoes according to package directions, adding instant onion to the boiling water called for. Fold in cottage cheese; turn into 1-quart casserole. Dot with butter or margarine; sprinkle with a little paprika. Bake, uncovered, in moderate over (350 degrees) for 30 minutes or till top is lightly browned. Makes 5 servings.
