Jellied Waldorf Salad (6 Servings - uses only 1/4 package) 1 level tablespoonful Knox Gelatine 1/2 cup cold water 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup apples, diced, 1/2 cup celery, cut in small pieces 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped nuts 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup boiling water Soak gelatine in cold water about five minutes. Add boiling water, sugar, salt and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice. Cool and when mixture begins to stiffen stir in apples and celery. Turn into a large mold, or individual molds that have been rinsed in cold water. Chill, and when firm,
