Boil noodles in salted water for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking together. Drain thoroughly. Put into hot casserole and add olive oil, butter, cream, salt, paprika, chives and cheese. Mix thoroughly and set in a hot oven for 5 minutes. Creme vichyoisse 2 large carrots, 2 large onions, 2 leeks, 2 potatoes, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 tsps. olive oil, 1 pt. strong chicken stock, 1 tbsp. rice, 1/2 pt. heavy cream
