Sour Cream Raisin Pie. 3 eggs beaten together add 1 cup sugar beat until blended. 1 " chopped raisins 1 " sour cream 1 tbsp. chopped almonds 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 " salt 1 tbsp. lemon juice Bake 1/2 hour. Top crust Lemon Pudding Bring to a boil 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 lemons - rind and juice 2 egg yolks 1 cup boiling water When boiling add 2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed in a little cold water
