Lorelei Salad Dressing. 2 whole eggs or 4 egg yolks 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice 1 cup sour cream 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. mustard 1/4 tsp. paprika Mix dry ingredients.Beat eggs until light and add all other ingredients. Cook in double boiler stirring constantly till thickened. Take from fire and beat well. Veal a la Reine. 2 onions 1 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 lbs veal cutlets
