Puffs. Aunt Addie Make a rich paste of 1 quart flour. After it has been rubbed with part of the butter add the white of 1 egg beaten stiff, reserving 1 teaspoonful. Stir the egg with the water into the flour with a knife. Then roll in the rest of the butter.
