Cocoanut Pudding Grate a cocoanut & save the milk 1 quart milk boil & pour upon the grated nut, add 1 coffee cup sugar 1 ounce butter 5 eggs beaten with the sugar 2 tablespoons rosewater - a little salt. For very nice, use cream in place of eggs & add 3 more eggs. Bake with a nice paste or without as you prefer. Potato Starch Pudding 3 tablespoons starch wet with sufficient cold milk to mix well 3 eggs beat & add to it - then stir it into 1 quart boiling milk - add a little salt Put it in the oven to brown till it is eaten - for sauce cut butter, sugar & flour together thoroughly, then pour boiling water upon it till it is of the thickness of cream.
