1 Thurs 24, Sept [1942] Slim: Gee it is good to hear from you was wondering when when I would. You are kind of a lucky guy to get passes & Leaves like you have. Tony Dovrok Rose's cousin is in the army now they have sent him to Mississippi he is in the Hospital at some air Base all he has done is wash window & work on the Grounds. Ed. S. has been called back an is going the last of this week.
