Carl Crozer is still in Washington and I think he will be for the duration. He didn't seem to like it too well, but guess he will have to stay. I know you will be sorry to learn that Larimer Hdw. has gone out of business and closed up. Don't know what will do for some things in their line. The Globe Machinery & Supply Co of Des Moines have opened a place where Geo. Ilten had his hdw store. Don't know how their line will be, but hope they will carry the things Larimer's did. We've had a mild winter and almost no snow. The fall was very dry and the winter too, so far. the drought is very bad nearly all over the
