met us at the st. car and we all rode out to Beaver together. Martha and her flock were there before us and had the pot biling, and soon our eats were on the tabe. Malen nearly had a fit about my jelly roll, and stuck close to me all evening because I mentioned that I had another one at home. He is getting to be quite a spooner, and I'm awfully fond of him. He's so manly and is going to be a handsome man very like his Uncle Conger. He grows very rapidly. I can see such a difference in just the few short weeks I've known him. Sounds incredible but it's th' truth. We all sat up and begged for our eats at the table, and everyone is ruining his or her throat trying to acquire a d.v. John is doing fine at it, and Fred comes next. Then when it came time to go home, Ernest took us home in relays. When it came time for us, Julie, Greta & I were mo' nigh home.
